My stay at the W was a mixed bag. The oceanfront suites are stunning and spacious, offering a beautiful view that enhances the experience. However, the service left much to be desired with slow dining experiences and some housekeeping issues. While the beach area and pool were enjoyable, I did face challenges in accessing pool chairs due to their reservation system, which was frustrating. Overall, I loved the room and location but was disappointed by the inconsistent service.
